Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Swimwear and intimates are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll sort it out — no questions asked.
