How do I find my size?
Each product page has a detailed size guide. We use standard EU sizing (XS–XL). If you're between sizes, we'd say go with what feels right — comfort is everything. Check our sizing guide for measurements.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — and it's free, everywhere. No minimums, no catch. We ship from multiple locations so your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
How long does delivery take?
- USA: 1-2 weeks*
- UK: 1-2 weeks*
- Europe: 1-2 weeks*
- Canada: 1-2 weeks*
- Australia & NZ: 1-2 weeks*
- Middle East: 2-3 weeks*
- Central Asia: 2-3 weeks*
- South America: 3-4 weeks*
* The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smooth as possible, but in case of a late delivery - we do not issue a refund.
Will I have to pay a customs fee?
Due to the global nature of our business we are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages sent to you may require customs fees when they arrive to your country.
What's your return policy?
We want you to love what you get. If it's not right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery — original tags on, original condition. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please note that customers have up to 12 hours to cancel their order after it has been placed. If your order has already been shipped and is in transit and you would like to cancel your order, you will have to wait for your order to arrive to your address first. Once your order has arrived, you will need to send it back to us before we can provide you a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for paying the return shipping fee and return shipping rates are beyond our control. Reach out via our contact page as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll look into it.
